Time for Change is David Kirton's newest and most dynamic album to date. It contains 11 original Modern Alternative Roots Reggae songs. Organic strong lyrics layered over guitar driven rhythms separate Kirton from the pack. Time for Change delivers classic reggae anthems, modern melodic dance rhythms, soulful love songs all wrapped with an earthy alternative pop feel. Kirton's plays guitar on quite a few tracks on this album, a new development and his touch gives an authentic urgency to his melodies. No clichéd or stock lyrics on this album, Kirton continues to create his own path staying away from the road well traveled. This breakout album will leave the term emerging artist behind David Kirton forever; he has grabbed the brass ring and intends to stay on the ride. |
